Terms of Service (TOS) – Nenyooo Store

(Applies to Nenyooo, Infamous, and Riptide Products)

By purchasing, downloading, or using any products sold through Nenyooo Store (including Nenyooo, Infamous, and Riptide), you fully agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not purchase, download, or use our products.

1. Product Access and Usage

• We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or permanently terminate your product key and account at any time without prior notice if you are found in violation of our terms.

• Lifetime access means the lifetime of the product, not your lifetime. Products can be shut down, discontinued, or retired at any time without compensation.

• Unauthorized distribution, sharing, reselling, or leaking of your product key is strictly prohibited and will result in an instant ban.

• It is your responsibility to keep your product key safe.

  • Lost, stolen, or shared keys will not be replaced.

  • Sharing your key with friends, family, or third parties will result in an immediate ban.

2. Payment and Fraud Protection

• We reserve the right to decline, hold, or cancel any payment flagged as suspicious, fraudulent, or high-risk.

• If your payment is flagged:

  • You will not receive your product key.

  • The payment may be held or refunded to the card owner.

• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any chargeback attempt will result in:

  • A permanent ban of your product key.

  • Blacklisting from all current and future services.

• Threatening a chargeback will result in an instant ban. We will not continue service with anyone who threatens or abuses the chargeback process.

3. Product Updates and Delays

• If you purchase while the product is undergoing an update or maintenance, there is no guaranteed ETA for when it will be fully available.

• We prioritize security and thorough testing before releasing updates.

• Modding is our side project. We have lives outside of this.

  • Development delays may occur as we balance personal responsibilities.

  • We are not obligated to provide fast updates or constant availability.

• No compensation, refunds, or time extensions will be provided due to product update delays.

4. Support Policy

• Support is provided when we are available. It is not guaranteed to be instant.

• Spamming support channels will result in us refusing to assist you.

• We provide detailed guides to help you:

  • Set up the mod menu.

  • Solve errors, crashes, and common issues.

• Most problems can be solved using the provided guides. You are expected to read and follow them before contacting support.

5. User Agreement

By purchasing from Nenyooo Store, you:

• Agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

• Accept that lifetime access is limited to the life of the product, which can be discontinued at any time.

• Understand that you are fully responsible for keeping your product key safe. Lost, stolen, or shared keys will not be replaced.

• Acknowledge that sharing your product key will result in a permanent ban.

• Agree that product updates have no guaranteed completion time.

• Accept that support is offered at our convenience, not on-demand.

• Agree that if your payment is flagged as fraudulent, we can deny you access without delivering the product.

• Understand that threatening chargebacks will result in immediate service termination and blacklisting.

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any product. Products may go offline, be updated, or permanently shut down at any time.

Refund Policy

• No Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstance.

• Chargebacks:

  • Any chargeback will result in a permanent ban of your product key.

  • You will be blacklisted from all Nenyooo Store products and services.

• Chargeback Threats:

  • Threatening a chargeback will result in an immediate ban and refusal of further service.

• Fraudulent Payments: Payments flagged as fraud will be denied. Product keys will not be delivered, and payments may be held or refunded to the original cardholder.

• Update Delays:

  • No refunds will be issued due to update-related delays or product downtime.

  • Updates will be released when ready—there is no guaranteed schedule.
